Pressure Washing
Starting with a clean slate — Pressure washing is an integral component of many of the services we offer. For example, when we refinish a deck, the area will need to be thoroughly pressure washed prior to applying stain or sealer. Pressure/power washing is a fundamental part of the process to ensure proper adherence when introducing exterior paints, stains, and sealers.
Pre-paint pressure washing — Brothers recommends pressure washing your exterior surfaces before adding new paint. If your surfaces look dingy, in some cases pressure washing alone can brighten your surfaces removing years of build-up allowing you to forego a large, exterior paint job! Outdoor grilling, burning fires (like fire pits), insects and pollen may dull your nearby exterior surfaces. Pressure washing can in many cases restore the vibrancy of these surfaces and save you over the cost of repainting. Antibacterial properties — In the same way the interior of your home or office can become ridden with bacteria, dirt, dust, and grime, so can your home’s exterior surfaces. Exterior surfaces can degrade over time from exposure to the elements and debris. These include, but are not limited to, mold, mildew, dirt, insects, leaf litter, loose paint, and corrosion. Pressure washing can wash away all these imperfections and bacteria-ridden areas and leave your home’s exterior surfaces looking like new.

Soffit & Fascia Repair
Many times the soffit and fascia areas of your home or building are overlooked. When it comes to exterior renewals, these areas are very important. Soffits are most commonly wood or vinyl. The soffit prevents water from penetrating your home during windy conditions. These also prevent pests such as squirrels and insects from damaging your home’s exterior. For this reason, holes, cracks, and rot may occur here.
The fascia area is the exposed horizontal band located at the end of the rafters. The fascia also protects the exterior of your home from moisture and impeding pests. It is important to keep the soffits and fascia of your structure maintained to prevent degradation that could lead to full replacement. Proper maintenance of these areas is recommended every 3-5 years. Fortunately, since most damage occurs in sections on these areas, it is rare that full replacement would be necessary if maintenance is completed on a regular basis. Maintaining these areas consists of repairing any damages and adding a coat of fresh paint. Our painters only use the highest-quality paints formulated specifically for exterior surfaces.

Gutter guards come in wire, mesh, vinyl, or aluminum and are installed atop the gutter making debris inpenetrable. If debris cannot enter, then it will not have the ability to clog the gutter itself. In addition to the benefits of preventing clogs, gutter guards also guard against rust, freeze, and reduce the need for costly gutter maintenance.

The wall looks great. He covered EVERYTHING with plastic taped to the moldings to capture the Spackle dust and any stray paint. Excellent clean up. Very satisifed.

I received competitive bids from two excellent companies to make minor gutter repairs and a major paint job on the exterior of my brick home. Brothers Painting owner Julio earned the right to do the work during the bidding process. He was responsive, fair, eager, and professional. It proved to be an excellent choice. Julio came to my house with the whole crew and carefully instructed them on the work details. Where there were questions, he double checked to be absolutely sure his guys were doing what I wanted done. They clearly have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. They know that the prep work is vital to a good and lasting paint job. In addition to interior and exterior painting we asked them to do some unique things like paint stucco and limewash brick and whitewash wood.
